This year’s Seafair Festival is set for July 31st until Sunday, August when over three days there will be parades, fireworks by night, high-flying acrobats in the sky, and much more – including a performance from The Blue Angels on Saturday as well. This could very well be your chance to witness one of America’s most famous military aerobatic teams perform before their final show this year at a time when they’re celebrating 75 years as aviation legends.

The Seafair Festival is a great time for families and friends from near or far to come together before we settle in for another school year where vacations are only weekends away. It’s also a chance for locals not just to get out but participate: as volunteers at booths, parade participants, beach-goers cheering on airshow pilots overhead – it really can’t be missed so don’t forget your sunscreen! And make some plans now while you’re still sitting comfortably in front of your computer screen. Seattle has been waiting eagerly for this summer tradition since January 31st when we first celebrated the birth of Seafair.

The Blue Angels will be performing maneuvers that are sure to please all ages and types of people! The Seattle Seahawks may also make an appearance at this year’s event, as our hometown team gears up for a new season and prepares for Super Bowl XLIX- so stay tuned on when they’ll be appearing. And don’t forget about one of the largest balloons in North America: E38 ‘Flaming Lips’ will dazzle you from the ground or – if you’re feeling brave enough- from inside it!

I hope you have fun at Seafair Festival 2015! It is going to be a great time during August third through fifth here in Seattle Washington USA.
