What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Wholesale orders are processed in accordance with our three strikes policy. Our standard minimum order quantity is $100 but we do have clients selling out of our shop and need to expand their business by selling below market price. Please feel free to ask for a quote for any products you are interested in buying.
How can I track my order?
Once you have completed your purchase and provided all of the required information, your tracking information will be sent to the email address you used during checkout. We offer free domestic U.S. shipping on all orders over $150.00 and we offer free international shipping on all orders over $1000.00 (an additional charge of $100 USD will be assigned after the order is processed).
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can make a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused and resalable condition. If you used the products or broke the glass, you cannot return or exchange the item. If you want to return your order after 15 days please contact us first for approval before shipping back your merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange or refund. Please ship the items back in the original box with original packing material to ensure your package does not get damaged during shipping.
