  • One avocado
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (Plain)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or hemp milk
  • One tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • Two tablespoons CBD infused honey or agave nectar
  • One tablespoon CBD powder

How To Prepare

1. In a blender, add raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, and acai berries and blend into a smooth paste. 

2. Scoop half the avocado and add to the mixture along with the CBD powder and blend again. 

3. Add the greek yogurt and milk to balance the thickness of the smoothie as you like and blend. Make sure the CBD powder mixes thoroughly and evenly.
