This is why I like to keep my house organized, but my department structure is also important. I want it to be clear and simple too, so I have to keep it simple.
Just as a structure makes the house easier to see, it makes it easier to do. It also makes it easier to organize.

But you will rarely need all of your departments all at once.

You can set up a department in many different ways. One way is to name it something like “department A.” Then all you have to do is search for the name (or at least the word) “department A.” Or you can create a department like “department B,” and have it be the opposite of department A.
Some departments, like the ones that have been set up with the word ‘Department’ in their name, are not set up with special powers. Some departments, like the ones with the word ‘Department:’, don’t do anything more than perform their duties. A department like department A is just a collection of workers who do nothing special. A department like department B is a collection of workers who do nothing except do their jobs.
