Ideal for young professionals and enthusiasts of city life, living in ITP has many benefits. However, keep in mind that the properties are more expensive and more difficult to retrieve in this area. When deciding whether to live in an ITP or an Atlanta OTP, it is essential to weigh the pros and cons to get the lifestyle you want to live in.
